How do customers pay?
Directly to you, by PayNow or however you usually take payment. Nothing is paid through DigitalPasar, so we take no commission.
What do I pay, and in which currency?
S$5 a month, in Singapore dollars, by PayNow or card. Choose Singapore when you sign up; it cannot be changed later.
How do I know people tapped the button?
Your dashboard shows how many times the WhatsApp button was tapped, and by how many people, over 30 days.
Can I use WhatsApp Business, or a +65 number?
Yes. Any WhatsApp number, personal or Business. Enter your +65 number or your wa.me link.
Can I list cakes or food, not only services?
Yes. List anything customers order from you by chat, with its price. The order and the payment are settled between you and the customer in the chat.
Can an item link to my Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada page?
Yes. Paste the item’s link and it gets its own button beside WhatsApp. Customers buy there, so nothing is paid through us.
I’m a Shopee or TikTok affiliate. Can I use it?
Yes. Tick “These are affiliate links” on the item, and your page shows a short disclosure beside its buttons automatically.
Can I change prices myself?
Yes. Change prices on the Price list tab, and your page follows at once.
Who runs DigitalPasar?
FAEZ MURSHIDI BIN ADNAN (FaezLabs), SSM 202403148374 (003608911-X), a business registered in Malaysia. You do not need company documents to open a page here; whether your own business must be registered in Singapore is still yours to check.
