Before you open your shop.
Which currency are my prices in?
Singapore dollars. You choose Singapore when you open your shop, and every price, sale and payout is then in SGD. It cannot be changed later.
What does it cost?
S$9 a month and 10% of every sale. Example: a S$100 sale puts S$90 in your balance. We pay the payment gateway’s fee, not you.
How do my buyers pay?
By PayNow or card, on HitPay’s secure checkout. They do not need an account. The file, link or licence key reaches them by email once payment is confirmed.
How do I get paid?
Ask from your dashboard once your balance reaches S$10. We send it in SGD to your PayNow mobile number within 48 hours. There is no payout fee.
What can I sell?
Digital products only: ebooks, online classes, templates, licence keys and the like. The lowest price is S$5. No physical goods.
Who runs DigitalPasar?
FAEZ MURSHIDI BIN ADNAN (FaezLabs), SSM 202403148374 (003608911-X), a business registered in Malaysia. Singapore shops sell and are paid out in SGD, under the same terms as every other shop.
