Terms of Use
Updated 3 October 2026
These terms govern your use of DigitalPasar. By opening a shop, you agree to them.
The service
DigitalPasar is a platform for sellers in Malaysia and Singapore of digital products — ebooks, online classes, templates, licence keys and the like. We provide an online shop, a shop page, checkout, automatic delivery and analytics. No physical goods.
The service is operated by FAEZ MURSHIDI BIN ADNAN (FaezLabs), SSM 202403148374 (003608911-X).
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
Registering your own business with SSM remains your responsibility, as with any online business. Tax on your earnings is also yours.
Fees
The subscription is RM25 (S$9 in Singapore) a month. The platform fee is 10% of every sale. Payment gateway fees are ours to absorb.
In Malaysia, a seller whose first month is paid before midnight on Friday 9 October, Malaysia time (as Saturday begins) keeps RM10 a month for as long as their shop is active. New sellers after that pay RM25.
The Pro plan is RM59 (S$19 in Singapore) a month, with a platform fee of 5% of every sale. Pro starts once it is paid. You can return to Basic at the end of the period already paid for.
The minimum product price is RM5 (S$5 in Singapore). The balance and sales figures you see in the dashboard are already net of the platform fee.
Payments and payouts
Buyers pay into our payment account. Your share is recorded in a ledger and becomes your balance — a debt we owe you until it is paid out.
Payouts happen when you ask: the money reaches your bank account within 48 hours, minimum RM10 (S$10 in Singapore). No payout fee.
Refunds
When a sale is refunded, the buyer’s access to the product is revoked and the sale is reversed in the ledger. If your share was already paid out, your balance can go negative and later sales work it off.
Buyers
Buyers pay without an account and receive the product by email once payment is confirmed. Problems with a purchase can be reported through the Help form on every shop, and every complaint is acknowledged by email.
Your content and your shop
You may only sell content you have the right to sell, and nothing that breaks Malaysian law. Your content stays yours; you grant us permission to store and display it in order to run your shop.
Shop pages — written by us or by your AI assistant — are checked by the platform before publishing. We may take down content that breaks these terms or the law.
Unpaid subscription
If you save a card or e-wallet for autopay, we charge the monthly fee to it only when your sales balance does not cover it, and at most twice for each bill. HitPay holds the card, not us. You can remove it on the Billing page at any time.
If the subscription goes unpaid past the grace period, your storefront goes offline. Your balance, your payouts and buyers’ existing download links are untouched — those are not ours to withhold.
Ending things
You can stop at any time. Any unpaid balance can still be requested as usual.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A legitimate balance is still paid out.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. If the terms change, we update this page and the date above; significant changes are announced to sellers by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
